Creative thinking skills are skills that students need to master, however, class X students at SMAN Gurah don’t yet fully possess these skills. This study aims to analyze the creative thinking abilities of Grade X students at SMAN 1 Gurah on sequence material through the Make a Match learning model. The research used a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The subjects were 34 students from class X-4. The test measured four creative thinking indicators based on Torrance’s theory: flexibility, fluency, originality, and elaboration. The data were analyzed descriptively and validated through triangulation. The results showed that the average score for each indicator was in the “Very Good” category. A total of 85% of students were categorized as having high creative thinking skills, 6% moderate, and 9% low. The highest score reached 95.81 with an average score of 68.39. These findings indicate that the Make a Match learning model is effective in enhancing students’ creative thinking skills in mathematics learning.
