Studi Literatur: Konsep Dan Upaya Kuratif Kecanduan Game

Abstrak
Kecanduan game online kini menjadi gangguan perilaku signifikan yang mengancam kesejahteraan psikologis dan prestasi akademik remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi konsep, dampak, serta strategi kuratif yang efektif untuk mengatasi fenomena tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai referensi ilmiah dan temuan empiris terkini (Sugiyono, 2019). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi multidisiplin yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara keluarga, sekolah, dan pemerintah merupakan langkah penanganan paling optimal. Diskusi penelitian ini menekankan bahwa pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), dan teknik self-management sangat relevan untuk meningkatkan kontrol diri dan tanggung jawab personal remaja. Sinergi teknik tersebut menjadi solusi preventif dan kuratif yang komprehensif dalam menekan prevalensi adiksi digital.
