Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors influencing talent management ability among Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) students and its implications for career aspiration readiness. A qualitative literature study with thematic analysis was conducted on 12 reputable articles selected from the Scopus database (2016-2026, Social Sciences and Psychology, article type, English language, open access). The findings indicate that talent management is shaped by the interaction of individual factors, school environmental support, the roles of teachers and counselors, flexible learning approaches, extracurricular experiences, and family involvement. Optimal talent management contributes to increased learning motivation, self-confidence, and students’ career planning readiness. The results highlight the importance of developing integrated and sustainable talent management systems within the MTs educational ecosystem
