This research aims to develop a digital literary literacy module containing Papuan folklore that is valid, practical, andeffective for Indonesian language learning in primary school. The research method used is Research and Development(R&D) with the Plomp development model, consisting of three stages: preliminary research, prototyping phase, andassessment phase. The research was carried out at SD Inpress Negeri 5, Sorong Regency, involving 30 grade VIstudents and two Indonesian language teachers as subjects. Data collection instruments included interview guidelines, observation sheets, expert validation sheets, user response questionnaires, and literary literacy tests. The results showedthat the module met the very valid criteria for content (96%), language (89%), and display (95%). The practicality testyielded very practical results, averaging 87% from teachers and 92% from students. The effectiveness test, using a onegroup pretest–posttest design, showed an increase in literacy scores from 83% to 90%, with an N-gain value of 0.46 (mediumcategory). The module effectively improved students' reading and narrative writing skills while strengthening theirunderstanding of local cultural values. This study recommends integrating regional culture-based literary digitalizationinto Indonesian language learning to foster cultural literacy and national character.
