This study aims to examine the effect of mind mapping–based mathematics learning on students’ mathematics learning outcomes in terms of the growth mindset of Electrical Engineering students. This research employed a quantitative approach using an experimental design. The participants consisted of 15 Electrical Engineering students who were taught mathematics using the mind mapping learning strategy. The research instruments included a mathematics achievement test and a growth mindset questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate that the implementation of mind mapping contributes positively to the improvement of students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Furthermore, students with a higher level of growth mindset demonstrated better mathematics achievement compared to those with a lower growth mindset. These findings suggest that mind mapping serves not only as a visual learning strategy to enhance conceptual understanding in mathematics but also as an effective approach to fostering a growth mindset, which in turn positively influences learning outcomes. Therefore, mind mapping–based mathematics learning oriented toward growth mindset is recommended for application in Electrical Engineering education
