Penggunaan model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar pada materi vektor
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIPA 3 di SMAN 02 Batu pada materi vektor pada pelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah vektor. Jenis instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi pengelolaan pembalajaran, lembar observasi aktivitas peserta didik, dan hasil tes. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa persentase pengaplikasian model PBL sebesar 97% yang berarti bahwa peneliti telah mengolah pembelajaran dengan sangat baik. Selain itu, pada lembar observasi aktivitas, aktivitas belajar peserta didik meningkat sebesar 89% yang berarti bahwa peserta didik sangat aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajara. Pada hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas yaitu sebesar 78%. Berdasarkan data tersebut terbukti bahwa penggunaan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik.
