Evaluasi Bahan Ajar Pemasaran Jasa Marketing 5.0 dengan Fitur Personalized Learning di Learning Manajemen System (LMS)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini Adalah untuk menganalisis proses pengembangan modul pembelajaran mata kuliah pemasaran jasa berbasis materi digital marketing 5.0 yang dipadukan dengan Learning Management System (LMS) dan metode Personalized learning guna meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan pada perkuliahan Pemasaran Jasa. Dalam penelitian ini diterapkan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE (Analisys, design, develop, implementation dan Evaluation) sebagai patokan urutan penelitian. Responden dari penelitian ini Adalah mahasiswa program studi manajemen pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Banyuwangi. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa modul ajar Pemasaran Jasa Berbasis Digital Marketing 5.0 memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam proses perkuliahan, serta menjadi jawaban akan kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam mempermudah proses perkuliahan yang dilaksanakan.
