Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran DUGIBO untuk Mengasah Keterampilan Membaca Siswa Kelas 5 MI Maarif Kadipaten Ponorogo
Abstract
Indonesian language learning requires media to support the learning process. The LKS is not optimal if it is not combined with other learning aids. Reading skills require various reading materials that contain the latest insights. One of the insights needed for students is environmental insight. The purpose of this study is to explain the validity of the Education Gift Box (DUGIBO) as a learning aid for Indonesian language material on main ideas with environmental insight content to hone the reading skills of fifth students at MI Ma'arif Kadipaten Ponorogo. This study is research and development with the 4D development model. This research uses data collection techniques: interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The validators of this study were 1 expert validator, 1 teacher, and 21 class 5A students. The aspects assessed in this media development are media, material, and language, which are analyzed using the percentages correction formula. The results showed that the score from expert validation is a very valid category, and the results of the student response questionnaire received a very good score. The validity value of DUGIBO media from both aspects is declared very valid, so DUGIBO media is very feasible to use in the learning process.
