Efektivitas Konseling Individual Dengan Teknik Cognitive Defusion Dalam Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Diri Mahasantri

Abstrak

Individu dengan kepercayaan diri tinggi cenderung menunjukkan berbagai perilaku positif yang mendukung kemampuan mereka dalam mengekspresikan pendapat, membuat keputusan, dan membangun hubungan sosial yang sehat dimana hal tersebut penting untuk dimiliki oleh mahasantri di Pesantren Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Efektivitas Layanan Konseling Individu Menggunakan Teknik Cognitive Defusion Dalam Meningkatkan Kepercayaan diri mahasantri Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah One gruop  pretest-posttest design,  dengan popilasi mahasantri Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember dengan sampel dipilih secara purposive sebanyak 7 mahasantri. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini adalah nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,018 dibawah standar acuan 0,05. Dengan demikian diketahui bahwa ada perbedaan nilai mahasantri yang signifikan atau diketahui bahwa konseling dengan teknik Cognitive Defusion efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri Mahasantri.
