This study used a sample of 8 guidance and counseling students at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. One of the causes of student conflict is low empathy. Empathy can be increased with group guidance techniques. The SPSS test value is known to be Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.042 which means less than 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted (Ha).
