VARIASI JUMLAH SEL NEUTROFIL DAN SEL LIMFOSIT: INDIKATOR KESEHATAN PADA ANAK JALANAN DI KOTA KEDIRI JAWA TIMUR

Fenomena anak jalanan menjadi problem sosial di perkotaan, namun saat ini telah bergeser ke kota kecil bahkan di tingkat kabupaten. Permasalahan yang kompleks pada anak jalanan meliputi banyak segmen dalam populasi yang tertinggal, marginal, eksploitasi dalam hal pemenuhan hak-hak dasar hidup, kesehatan, pemenuhan gizi, pendidikan dan perlindungan. Anak Jalanan mempunyai kadar markerinflamasi lebih tinggi seperti leukosit, Chess Reaktif Protein (CRP), dan fibrinogen. Respon inflamasi seringkali umumnya diukur dari jumlah total leukosit. Ketika sistem imun menurun, leukosit menjalankan fungsi defensif dan fungsi reparatif, apabila kedua fungsi ini terus menerus berjalan maka mengakibatkan kenaikan jumlah leukosit. Jenis leukosit yang mengalami peningkatan jumlah akibat merokok adalah limfosit, netrofil dan monosit. Hal ini terjadi karena respon inflamasi lokal dan sistemik terhadap pengaruh asap rokok dan partikel asing yang masuk didalam tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran jumlah Sel Neutrofil dan Sel Limfosit pada Anak Jalanan di Kota Kediri dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian survai deskriptif dengan teknik sampling total sampling dengan jumlah 27 sampel. Pengumpulan data dilaukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner terbuka. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 27 anak jalanan di Kota Kediri didapatkan hasil pemeriksaan sel neutrofil sebanyak 19 responden (70,4%) normal, 3 responden (11,1%) tinggi, dan 5 responden (18,5%) rendah. Pada pemeriksaan Limfosit didapatkan hasil sebanyak 18 sampel (66,7%) normal, 6 sampel (22,2%) tinggi, dan 3 sampel (11,1%) rendah.
