Pengaruh Posisi Persalinan Terhadap Lamanya Persalinan Kala I Fase Aktif Pada Ibu Primigravid

Persalinan Kala I fase aktif dimulai saat pembukaan serviks mencapai 4 cm dan berlanjut hingga mencapai 10 cm. Selama proses persalinan, dapat terjadi kelambatan atau kesulitan yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi pada ibu dan bayi. Upaya tenaga kesehatan dalam menurunkan ketidaknyamanan diantaranya memeilih posisi bersalin. Posisi bersalin yang dipilih oleh ibu adalah recumbent position dan upright position. Menempatkan ibu yang akan melahirkan dalam posisi yang rileks sangat penting untuk memfasilitasi persalinan normal dan memengaruhi kemajuan persalinan. Meskipun terdapat studi ilmiah yang membahas pengaruh posisi ibu dalam persalinan tetapi bukti yang signifikan masih sedikit. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh posisi ibu selama persalinan pada fase aktif kala I pada primigravida. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan metode kohort. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 ibu bersalin di Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan perbedaan durasi persalinan kala I fase aktif sebesar 16 menit antara posisi upright dan recumbent. Namun, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa posisi upright tidak terbukti memiliki durasi persalinan yang lebih cepat secara signifikan dibandingkan posisi recumbent, dengan nilai p = 0,404 (p > 0,05)Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk menggunakan jumlah responden yang lebih besar.
