Abstract
Abstract: Book teachers in the curriculum in 2013, is a guideline for teachers in implementing the learning process. To accelerate the learning process as expected, then the entire device is presented in the book, including teacher assessment should be appropriate. This study aimed to analyze the compatibility between the competency assessment instrument IPS and IPS elementary principles of assessment standards based curriculum assessment in 2013. This research use descriptive research, to elaborate on the compatibility between the variables studied. The results of the analysis show that there is a mismatch between assessment instrument developed by IPS competence. Assessment instrument complies with the standards of curriculum assessment in 2013, but there are some discrepancies in the selection and assessment instrument that assessed aspects .

Abstrak:
Buku guru dalam kurikulum 2013, merupakan pedoman bagi guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Untuk melancarkan proses pembelajaran sebagaimana yang diharapkan, maka seluruh perangkat yang disajikan dalam buku guru termasuk penilaian harus sesuai. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian antara instrument penilaian IPS dengan kompetensi dan prinsip penilaian IPS SD berdasarkan standar penilaian dalam kurikulum 2013. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, untuk menjabarkan tentang kesesuaian antar variabel yang dikaji. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara instrument penilaian yang dikembangkan dengan kompetensi IPS. Instrumen penilaian telah sesuai dengan standar penilaian kurikulum 2013, akan tetapi terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian dalam pemilihan instrument penilaian dan aspek yang dinilai.
