Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan Berbasis Experiental Learning melalui Koperasi Siswa (Studi Kasus Koperasi Siswa Pangestu Pambudi SMKN 1 Surabaya)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran koperasi siswa sebagai ruang belajar bisnis dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa SMKN 1 Surabaya, dengan fokus pada pengalaman siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan, inovasi produk, dan manajemen operasional. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 9 pengurus koperasi, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman (1994), didukung triangulasi sumber untuk validitas temuan. Partisipasi siswa dalam koperasi meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan seperti tanggung jawab, manajemen keuangan, dan inisiatif. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan inovasi produk, strategi pemasaran, dan pembagian waktu masih ditemukan. Koperasi berfungsi efektif sebagai laboratorium bisnis melalui pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman (experiential learning). Diperlukan integrasi lebih mendalam antara koperasi dengan kurikulum kewirausahaan, pelatihan strategi pemasaran dan inovasi produk bagi siswa, serta peningkatan dukungan infrastruktur digital untuk manajemen koperasi
