MOTIVASI KAUM MILENIAL ALUMNI MAN 1 NGANJUK MEMULAI TREND BISNIS E-COMMERCE DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis motivasi kaum milenial alumni Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 (MAN 1) Nganjuk dalam memulai bisnis e-commerce pada masa Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Pandemi Covid-19 sedang melanda Indonesia dan memberikan dampak bagi seluruh aspek terutama aspek ekonomi dan bisnis. Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi yang dari tahun ketahun semakin canggih, menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Masyarakat Indonesia terutama kaum milenial mulai berbisnis secara online menggunakan e-commerce. Tulisan ini menyajikan informasi mengenai motivasi kaum milenial alumni MAN 1 Nganjuk memulai trend bisnis e-commerce di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pusposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara pada 10 siswa alumni MAN 1 Nganjuk, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat motivasi internal dan eksternal. Motivasi internal yaitu untuk mengisi waktu luang dan keinginan untuk menghasilkan uang. Sedangkan motivasi eksternal yaitu adanya peluang yang besar untuk berbisnis di masa pandemi Covid-19.
