Indonesia Analisis Diskriminasi kerja karyawan disabilitas dengan menggunakan teknik bibliometrik
Abstract
A person with a disability is defined as a person whose chances of finding, continuing,
retaining, and advancing in decent work are significantly reduced due to a well-identified
physical, sensory, intellectual, or intellectual disability. Blatant discrimination against workers
with disabilities is a form of workplace harassment. It found that of all the allegations related to
termination/dismissal, failure to make reasonable accommodations, working conditions,
harassment/harassment of persons with disabilities, and employment. In addition to work, all of
these allegations boil down to workplace harassment. The purpose of this article is to provide a
thorough bibliometric analysis of the literature on employment discrimination against workers
with disabilities in the workplace in the last 10-year period and to look at the latest research
trends. The method used in this study is descriptive bibliometric analysis, the data used are taken
from the period 2012-2022. Data collection was carried out based on a google scholar database
with the keywords employment discrimination of employees with disabilities. Data collection
using Publish or Perish and researchers filtered journals according to criteria so that 183 suitable
journals were obtained. After managing the database, researchers use VOSviewer software to
categorize and visualize co-authorship, co-accuracy, and citation. Overall, the information
presented in this overview can be used as a starting point for future research on workplace
discrimination against workers with disabilities
