About the Journal

Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis (NUSAMBA) is a peer-reviewed international journal that publishes original research papers and reviews the fields of strategy of management, financial management, operation management marketing management, HR Management, Financial Technology, Entrepreneur, Economic, Business Ethic, Organization Behavior and other problem-focused paradigms. The journal is dedicated to promoting the advancement of management and business science in the ASEAN region and beyond by providing a platform for researchers, scientists, and academics to publish their research findings and share their knowledge with the wider scientific community. NUSAMBA welcomes submissions from researchers, scientists, and academics in the ASEAN region and around the world on.

Another characteristic of the Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis is that of relevance. Articles will be more academically sophisticated than industry-targeted management journals but may share the objective of having a contribution that is relevant to a practitioner audience. Of course, relevant, and supportable managerial implications does not mean that the article needs to be written for a lay audience. Implications and writing style are two different issues.

We strongly prefer papers that explain their main intuition, logic, and implications in clear and concise English. Importantly, papers must be written in a transparent and accessible manner and where necessary, we recommend authors use the services of a professional editor for English expression and grammar.

Aims and Scope

Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis is a peer review journal published by Department of Management and the  media for researchers and lecturers who will publish the results of their research. The aim of the Journal is to facilitate scientific publication of the results of researches in Indonesia and participate to boost the quality and quantity of research for academics and researchers. Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis is published every April and October by publishing research results and critical analysis studies in the field of strategy of management, financial management, operation management marketing management, HR Management, Financial Technology, Enterpreneur, Economic, Business Ethic, Organization Behaviour

Journal Licence

 

Peer Review Process

1. Editor recieving manuscript from author;
2. Editor evaluate manuscript (journal aim and scope, in house style, supplementary data); (Rejected if not meet criteria)
3. Editor screening for plagiarism on offline and online database manually; (Rejected if found major plagiarism, contacted author if found redunancy or minor plagiarism for clarification)
4. Editor send manuscript to reviewer along with review form (double blind review, Both reviewer and author remain anonymous to each other);
5. Reviewer send back his review form to Editor (with revised manuscript if necessary);
6. Editor decision (rejected, require major revision, need minor revision, or accepted);
7. Confirmation to the Author.
8. If revision, author revised manuscripts and should be returned to the editor without delay. Returned later than three months will be considered as new submissions.

Reference Management

Every article submitted to Jurnal Nusantara Aplikasi Manajemen Bisnis shall use reference management software Mendeley.

Originality

Submitting your manuscript to our journal, we understand that this it is an original manuscript and is unpublished work and is not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author’s own work, in whole or in part without proper citation is not tolerated by the journal. Manuscripts submitted to the journal may be checked for originality using anti-plagiarism software.
