Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to to identify the effect of sales growth, profitability, market risk, and inflation on firm value.

Design/Methode/Approach : The type of this research is quantitative with purposive sampling so that the sample of 59 companies is obtained. The data analysis technique used is Generalized Method of Moments in Eviews 12.

Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that sales growth does not have a significant influence on firm value, profitability has a significant positive influence on firm value, market risk has a significant negative influence on firm value, and inflation has a significant negative influence on firm value.

Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study employs the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM), which is still uncommonly used in the Indonesian context. By utilizing GMM, it is possible to identify both short-term and long-term effects.

Practitionel/Policy implication : Profitability, Market Risk and Inflation play a role in determining the value of the company so that the company must pay attention to the values that affect these variables.

Research limitation : This research is limited to using only four variables
