Model Sinergi Bio-preneur untuk Peningkatan Kapasitas Wirausaha Masyarakat Desa Hutan

Kapasitas wirausaha masyarakat desa hutan seringkali terhambat oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan terintegrasi, mulai dari aspek produksi hingga pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas Model Sinergi Bio-preneur dalam meningkatkan Kapasitas Wirausaha masyarakat Desa Tempurejo, Kecamatan Wates, Kabupaten Kediri melalui empat sesi pelatihan terpadu: (1) inovasi produk, (2) pengemasan, (3) penentuan HPP dan harga jual, serta (4) pemasaran digital. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain Quasi-Eksperimen dengan pendekatan one-group pretest–posttest terhadap 15 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria keterlibatan aktif dalam program PPK Ormawa. Instrumen berupa kuesioner 20 butir yang mencakup lima dimensi (masing-masing 4 butir, skor maks = 16), divalidasi melalui expert judgment, dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha per dimensi: Inovasi Produk (α=0,715), Pengemasan (α=0,731), HPP & Harga Jual (α=0,706), Pemasaran Digital (α=0,722), dan Kapasitas Wirausaha (α=0,716). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, effect size (koefisien r), dan N-Gain Score. Hasil: Seluruh aspek program meningkat signifikan (Sig.=0,000–0,001; r=0,891–0,912, kategori large effect). N-Gain Kapasitas Wirausaha berada pada kategori Sedang (rerata=0,6692), sedangkan HPP & Harga Jual mencapai kategori Tinggi (N-Gain=0,7350). Novelty Penelitian ini merupakan studi quasi-experimental pertama yang mengintegrasikan bio-preneurship dan digital empowerment dalam satu model pemberdayaan terukur pada komunitas desa hutan berbasis produk herbal di Indonesia, dengan evaluasi multidimensi dan bukti effect size eksplisit. Kontribusi: Model Sinergi Bio-preneur terbukti efektif meningkatkan Kapasitas Wirausaha masyarakat desa hutan dan direkomendasikan sebagai model replikasi pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis potensi lokal yang terukur dan berbasis bukti empiris.
