Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Passion , Creativity , dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Niat Berwirausaha pada Generasi Z di Kota Surakarta

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mendorong pembangunan perekonomian di Indonesia. Namun, fenomena yang terjadi di negara ini menunjukkan bahwa masih rendahnya jumlah wirausahawan sehingga menetap dalam menekan tingginya tingkat kemiskinan belum optimal, terutama pengangguran yang hingga kini didominasi oleh generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh semangat wirausaha terhadap niat berwirausaha pada Generasi Z di Kota Surakarta, (2) pengaruh kreativitas terhadap niat berwirausaha pada Generasi Z di Kota Surakarta, (3) pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap niat berwirausaha pada Generasi Z di Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z di Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan terpilih sampel sebanyak 385 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Teknik uji validitas dengan teknik korelasi person product moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan teknik cronbach's alpha. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) gairah berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, (2) kreativitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, dan (3) efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.
