Panduan Berbasis Person-Centered Guru Untuk Mendukung Kesejahteraan Psikososial Siswa: Pengembangan Dan Kelayakan Platform Bimbingan Digital

Abstrak
Keterbatasan layanan kesehatan mental formal di sekolah menengah membuat guru mata pelajaran semakin penting sebagai pemberi dukungan psikososial awal. Namun, masih terbatas panduan praktis yang membantu guru non-konselor menerapkan prinsip person-centered dalam interaksi kelas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menetapkan kelayakan awal serta validitas isi panduan digital berbasis person-centered bagi guru mata pelajaran SMP. Penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE dalam kerangka studi kelayakan awal. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan di empat SMP di Halmahera Selatan. Produk dikembangkan dalam bentuk Google Sites, divalidasi oleh dua ahli, dan diuji secara terbatas pada empat guru mata pelajaran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir validasi dinilai relevan (I-CVI = 1,00; S-CVI/Ave = 1,00), meskipun beberapa aspek masih memerlukan penyempurnaan redaksional dan teknis. Guru juga menilai panduan memiliki keterterimaan dan kegunaan awal yang tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa panduan memiliki potensi sebagai sumber dukungan psikososial berbasis sekolah, tetapi masih memerlukan uji lapangan yang lebih luas.
