Investigasi Hubungan Antara Resiliensi Akademik, Mindfulness dan Efikasi Diri Akademik Siswa SMP Se-Kota Surabaya

Abstrak
Resiliensi akademik, mindfulness, dan efikasi diri akademik adalah topik yang menarik bagi para psikolog, namun sedikit diketahui tentang hubungan antara ketiganya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi peran mindfulness dan efikasi diri akademik dalam memprediksi resiliensi akademik di kalangan siswa SMP. Desain penelitan ini mempergunakan kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 710 siswa SMP Se-kota Surabaya. Instrument penelitian mempergunakan angket The Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory, angket efikasi diri akademik dan angket resiliensi akademik Casidi. Teknik analisis data mempergunakan Teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara mindfulness dengan efikasi diri akademik, r = 0,43. Baik mindfulness dan efikasi diri akademik ditemukan menjadi prediktor yang signifikan dari resiliensi akademik, F (1,139) = 110,39, p <.000, dan F (2,138) = 104,44, p <.000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa mindfulness dan efikasi diri akademik memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa SMP.
