The aim from this research analyzes factors : job satisfaction and communication influence towards organizational commitment  with leadership as  moderating variable. Total subject in this study is 148 employees from STEKOM.  Analysis in this study is using moderated regression analysis. Then index analysis is describe perception of responden’s to items.
Hypothesis testing 1 known that value t count = 2,869 > t tabel  = 1,645 with number significance =  0,008 <  a = 0,05  (significant). Thereby so hypothesis (H1) that job satisfaction show the positive effect to organizational commitment is proved. Hypothesis testing 2 be known that value t count = 2,751 > t tabel  = 1,645  with number significance = 0.012 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thereby so hypothesis (H2) that communication show the positive effect to organizational commitment is proved.
 Hypothesis testing 3 known that value t count 2,691 > t table  = 1,645 with number significance =  0,016 < a = 0,05  (significant). Thereby so hypothesis (H3) that leadership show the positive moderation to  job satisfaction towards organizational commitment proved. Hypothesis testing 4 known that value t count 2,562 > t table  = 1,645 with number significance = 0,022 < a = 0,05  (significant). Thereby so hypothesis (H4) that leadership show the positive moderation to  communication towards organizational commitment proved.
