Abstract
Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK) merupakan suatu infeksi yang disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan mikroorganisme di dalam saluran kemih manusia. Bakteriuria dalam urin menunjukkan adanya leukosit esterase yang positif. Pemeriksaan biakan urin menunjukkan penyebab tersering ISK adalah bakteri Gram negatif yang biasa ditemukan di saluran pencernaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi bakteri batang Gram negatif dengan kadar leukosit esterase pada urin pasien ISK. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain rancangan cross sectional survey, Jumlah sampel yang didapat sebanyak 30 sampel dengan pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Data hasil pemeriksaan akan di analisis dengan SPSS V.23 menggunakan uji korelasi Kendall’s Tau untuk melihat korelasi. Hasil Kadar leukosit esterase dengan bakteri batang Gram negatif memiliki nilai signifikan 0,038 < 0,05 yang berarti memiliki hubungan. Kesimpulan Terdapat korelasi antara bakteri batang Gram negatif dengan kadar leukosit esterase, serta ditemukan bakteri batang Gram negatif sebanyak 29 sampel dan kadar leukosit esterase positif sebanyak 30 sampel.
