Abstrak
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan antara BMI, aktivitas fisik, dan kualitas tidur dengan kebugaran fisik serta korelasi di antara faktor-faktor tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa remaja berusia 16-19 tahun. Subjek dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria remaja berusia 16-19 tahun, kondisi sehat, dan kesediaan untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan penelitian. Total subjek yang terlibat adalah 251 remaja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengukuran BMI, aktivitas fisik menggunakan kuesioner PAQ-A, kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan PSQI, dan kebugaran fisik diukur menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Fisik Indonesia untuk rentang usia 16-19 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji regresi berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa BMI dan kebugaran fisik secara signifikan terkait dengan kontribusi efektif sebesar 4,29%, aktivitas fisik dan kebugaran fisik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kontribusi efektif sebesar 46,34%, dan kualitas tidur dan kebugaran fisik secara signifikan terkait dengan kontribusi efektif sebesar 2,27%. BMI, aktivitas fisik, dan kualitas tidur semuanya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kebugaran fisik pada siswa remaja, dengan kontribusi efektif sebesar 53,40%, yang berarti disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara BMI, aktivitas fisik, kualitas tidur, dan kebugaran fisik. Hasil studi ini menjelaskan bahwa BMI, aktivitas fisik, dan kualitas tidur berkontribusi terhadap kebugaran siswa remaja.
