Author Fees

Jurnal SPORTIF: Jurnal Penelitian Pembelajaran applies the following author fees.

Article Submission

Free (USD 0.00)

There are no fees for manuscript submission or peer review.

Article Publication Charge (APC)

The Article Publication Charge (APC) is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

• National Authors: IDR 1,500,000 per accepted article.

• International Collaboration: IDR 750,000 (50% discount) for articles involving institutional affiliations from at least three different countries, including Indonesia.

• Full International Affiliation: USD 50 per accepted article when all authors are affiliated exclusively with institutions located outside Indonesia.

Eligibility for international rates and discounts is determined based on the authors' official institutional affiliations stated in the manuscript, not nationality, citizenship, or country of origin. Foreign nationals who are affiliated solely with Indonesian institutions are considered to have an Indonesian affiliation for the purpose of this policy.

The Editorial Office reserves the right to verify institutional affiliations and determine eligibility for international rates or APC discounts.

APC Waiver

A full APC waiver may be granted upon request to authors who are unable to cover the publication fee due to financial constraints, particularly authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries or authors without institutional or research funding.

Waiver requests should be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Editorial Office.

Requests for an APC waiver are considered independently of the editorial and peer-review process and do not influence editorial decisions, peer-review procedures, or manuscript acceptance.

What Does the APC Cover?

The APC supports the publication process, including:

• Editorial processing and manuscript management

• Similarity checking

• Copyediting and editorial quality control

• Article layout and formatting

• DOI registration and article metadata

• Online publication and long-term digital accessibility

• Full-text PDF of the published article

No Fast-Track Publication

Jurnal SPORTIF: Jurnal Penelitian Pembelajaran does not offer or accept fast-track publication services.

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review procedures, manuscript acceptance, or publication priority. All manuscripts are processed through the journal's standard editorial and peer-review procedures.

Printed Copies

The journal is primarily published and distributed electronically. Authors or other parties who require printed/hard copies of the journal will be charged IDR 350,000 to cover printing, binding, and shipping costs.
