Strategi Pengembangan Taman Nasional Way Kambas Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisatawan

Research aim : This study aims to analyze the conditions of tourist attractions, service quality, infrastructure, promotion, and community participation, and identify factors that influence development, as well as formulate a development strategy for Way Kambas National Park to increase the number of tourist visit.
Design/Methode/Approach : The research uses a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis techniques.
Research Finding : Way Kambas National Park has great potential as an ecotourism destination thanks to its rich biodiversity and attractions. However, its utilization has not been optimal due to limited infrastructure and services as well as less than optimal promotion and community participation that has not been integrated. Through a SWOT analysis, a development strategy was prepared based on local strengths and digital opportunities, with a focus on improving services, promotion, and community collaboration.
Theoretical contribution : This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of sustainable ecotourism by integrating the community-based tourism approach and SWOT strategy. The originality lies in the strategic analysis that directly links internal and external factors with variables of tourist attraction, service, promotion, and community participation. The resulting strategy is applicable and contextual, and can be a model for managing other national parks in Indonesia.
Practitionel/Policy implication : Way Kambas National Park managers can implement various development strategies that have been mapped out in research results so that it is hoped that this can increase tourist visits.
Research limitation : The research focuses on qualitative descriptive analysis and the scope of the analysis area is limited
