Abstrak
Berbagai penelitian tentang kreativitas telah banyak dilakukan baik pada guru maupun siswa. Pada umumnya penelitian kreativitas banyak dihubungkan dengan pemecahan masalah metematika. Dalam penelitian ini ingin diungkap variabel-variabel tersembunyi dalam subjek guru matematika kreatif sebagai temuan lain, dalam mengungkap tahap-tahap berpikir kreatif guru. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa guru kreatif memiliki kemampuan mengamati, menanya, menalar, menganalogi dan mencoba.
