Pengaruh Kombinasi Ekstrak Daun Ocimum basilicum dan Tithonia diversifolia terhadap Mortalitas Wereng Coklat (Nilapavarta lugens) pada Tanaman Capsicum frutescens

Diperlukan alternatif penanggulangan hama tanaman dengan menggunakan pestisida nabati yang bersifat ramah lingkungan dan dapat di produksi secara lokal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi ekstrak daun Ocimum basilicum dan Tithonia diversifolia terhadap mortalitas (Nilaparvata lugens) pada (Capsicum frutescens). Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 9 konsentrasi perlakuan (5%–45%) dan satu kontrol, masing-masing diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase mortalitas wereng setelah 72 jam aplikasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA, dilanjutkan dengan uji LSD pada taraf 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak ekstrak O. basilicum dan T. diversifolia memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mortalitas wereng coklat (p < 0,05). Mortalitas tertinggi tercatat pada konsentrasi 45%, yaitu sebesar 90%, yang berbeda nyata dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi lebih rendah.. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak O. basilicum dan T. diversifolia berpotensi sebagai insektisida nabati yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan dalam pengendalian hama wereng coklat.
