One of the learning media that can be developed by teachers is Edmodo-based e-learning. E-learning is a web-based learning medium that can be accessed by the internet. Meanwhile, Edmodo is a simple electronic learning media tool that is used to present lesson content, can be accessed using a smartphone, and is useful for students and teachers to interact online outside the classroom anywhere, anytime. This study aims to analyze the practicality of using Edmodo-based e-learning for teachers and students. Practicality is the degree of ease of use of the product that has been developed. Meta-analysis is done by collecting similar articles by searching for articles from several journals via the internet. The sample used in this study included as many as eight articles related to the use of Edmodo-based e-learning. The results of the study found that the average practicality level of using Edmodo-based e-learning by teachers was 89.15 in the very practical category, while the average practicality level by students was 87.02 in the very practical category. Student-teacher candidates, especially prospective biology teachers, need to have positive attitudes about sustainable waste management because they will be role models for their students in the future. This study aims to describe the behavior of sustainable waste management in biology teacher candidates. The method used in this research is a survey. The respondents involved were 46 biology education students who had taken Basic Ecology courses. Data was collected through survey questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed descriptively. The results showed the behavior of sustainable waste management in prospective biology teacher students at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University is included in the good category. This is supported by the results of a self-assessment regarding the threats posed by waste and efforts to overcome them, which are also included in the good category. Forsberg Di Kota Bekasi https://ojs.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/biologi/article/view/18875 <p>Breadfruit is one type of versatile plant that is of economic value because it<br>produces fruit with a fairly high nutritional content. Breadfruit plants have<br>diverse morphological variations, so their morphological variations can be used<br>as a way to determine a type of breadfruit, especially whether the quality is<br>superior or not. This study aims to determine the morphological variations of<br>breadfruit plants (Artocarpus altilis (Parkinson) Forsberg) originating from<br>villages in Bekasi City. The stages of this study include observation and<br>observation of morphological characters ranging from trees, leaves, flowers and<br>fruits. Regarding this, the government is implementing a vaccination program especially for the Indonesian people at the end of 2020. This program has brought various responses from various groups, including medical experts and scholars, because it has caused a lot of polemics. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of medical experts and scholars regarding the covid 19 vaccine. This research approach is quantitative, a type of survey research with data collection through a Likert scale to support the accuracy of the research. The population is medical experts and scholars in the Gajah sub-district, Demak district. The research sample amounted to 10 respondents with cluster random sampling in data collection. The results of this study are medical experts and scholars fully support the program, even giving a positive response, with an index of 85% (strongly agree). One of the plant habitus that contributes to the vegetation in the Krawak Forest is herbs. The existance of herbaceous plants in Krawak Forest is quite diverse, but so far there is no information about the species composition and diversity. This study aims to analyze the vegetation of herbaceous plants in the Krawak Forest by calculating species density, important value index, and diversity. The research was carried out on April 26, 2022.The type of research is quantitative descriptive, the sampling method is the quadratic method with a size of 1mx1m with 4 plots. Data collection techniques were carried out by recording the name and number of each species found in the plot, as well as the area covered by each species. Data analysis was carried out by calculating species density, dominance, and frequencys as the basis for calculating the important value index of each species. In addition, the Shannon-Wiener diversity index was also calculated to determine the level of diversity of herbaceous plants in the forest. The results of the study found 13 species of herbaceous plants belonging to 8 families, each family having a number of varied species as well as the number of individuals in each species.The highest species density was owned by <em>Typhonium flagelliforme</em> with a value of 38.36 and the lowest was <em>Digitaria sanguinalis</em>, <em>Commelina benghalensis</em>, and <em>Verbesina alternifolia</em> with the same&nbsp; value of 1.37. The highest important value index was <em>Chromolaena odorata</em> with a value of 54.60 and the lowest was <em>Digitaria sanguinalis </em>&nbsp;and <em>Verbesina alternifolia</em> with a value of 6.91. Merr.) is a medicinal plant used for<br>generations by the Dayak tribe to treat diarrhea and dysentery. This study aims<br>to determine the total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity of the active<br>fraction of kaik-kaik root leaves which have the potential to cure diarrhea. Kaikkaik</p> <p>root leaf extract was made by maceration using 70% ethanol. Total<br>flavonoid test was carried out using UV-VIS spectrophotometry with quercetin<br>standard. The results showed that the ethanol fraction had the highest flavonoid<br>content, namely9.08 mg QE/g sample,n-hexane fraction of 5.21mg QE/g<br>sample and ethyl acetate fraction of 3.54 mg QE/g. Testing of antioxidant<br>activity using the DPPH method. The results showed that the ethanol fraction<br>had a very strong antioxidant activity of 49.22 ppm, the n-hexane fraction had a<br>moderate antioxidant activity of 108.22 ppm and the ethyl acetate fraction had a<br>moderate antioxidant activity of 130.30. Salah satu ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Kediri adalah taman kota yang sebagian besar vegetasinya berupa pohon dan setiap spesies memiliki arsitektur khas.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model arsitektur pohon yang ada di taman Kota Kediri. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022 dengan metode jelajah dan kajian literatur &nbsp;pada tiga taman di Kota Kediri yaitu Taman Sekartaji, Taman Hutan Joyoboyo dan Taman Ngronggo..
