In order to compare the growth in a bright environment with the growth of green beans in a dark environment, this research on the advantages of the influence of sunlight on the germination process of green beans was conducted. Plants must have access to light in order to complete the process of photosynthesis. The function of the epidermis is<br>to protect the internal organs of the plant. Based on its function, the epidermis<br>can develop and undergo modifications like stomata and trichomes. This<br>research was conducted with the aim of identifying one of the epidermal<br>derivatives in plants from the Asteridae subclass. In this study, the method used<br>to observe epidermal cells was the Halsil descriptive method obtained based on<br>research the form of the epidermis on some leaves of the Asteridae subclass,<br>including the frangipani plant (Plumeria) which has stomata of the parasitic<br>type. Furthermore, eggplant (Solanum melongena) has non-glandular type<br>trichomes. After that, the cayenne pepper (Capsicum sp) had anisocytic type of<br>stomata. Then the tomato plant (Lypersicum esculentum) has anomocytic type<br>of stomata. In addition to the derived form of the epidermis on the leaves, there<br>are stomata, trichomes, bulforms, lithocyte cells and myrosin. Birdwatching is use of birds for tourism by seeing or hearing bird directly in nature. The GGPNP has potential for developed as a birdwatching destination. The research aims to identify the bird diversity and their distribution for the development of birdwatching at the Situgunung Resort and the Cimungkad Resort, GGPNP. The research was conducted in April-June 2022 in seven tracks using the IPA method. Qualitative data analysis was carried out on the bird status, while quantitative data analysis was carried out for diversity index, evenness index, and encounter opportunities. The bird diversity found was 50 species from 23 families and seven orders spread over seven observation tracks. Thirteen bird species are protected, three species are the CITES Appendix II, and two species are the IUCN Red List.&nbsp; The most common bird species were found on the Orchid Tourism Track while the least were found on the Cimungkad Tourism Track. Natural forest habitats support a wider variety of birds than any other habitat. The diversity index and evenness index are the high category. Most of the bird species fall into the category of very hard to find. One of the problem solving is done through the use of the scramble learning model assisted by poster media. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the poster-assisted scramble learning model on student learning outcomes at Andaluri Waingapu Catholic Middle School. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research design using nonequivalent control group design, with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 28 VIIIa students as the control class and 28 VIIIc students as the experimental class. Data collection techniques pretest, posttest, interviews. The results showed that the average value of the experimental class was 78.93, which was greater than that of the control class, 63.21. The research objective is to improve student learning outcomes using guided inquiry learning models assisted by media images on the material of the human digestive system. This is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) designed by the Kemmis &amp; Mc Tanggart model which consists of pre-cycle activities, cycle I and cycle II. The research subjects were 23 grade VIII students. Data collection techniques, namely tests, psychomotor assessment rubric and documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes was seen in the cognitive domain of pre-cycle of 13.04%, cycle I reached 43.47% and experienced an increase in cycle II to 82.60%. In the psychomotor aspect, 15 students (65.21%) with good predicate, 5 students (21.73%) with sufficient predicate and 3 students (13.04%) with poor predicate. Media pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Banuhampu memiliki keterbatasan dan belum mendukung penyediaan media yang dibutuhkan. Peneliti memberikan solusi berupa pengembangan multimedia interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa multimedia interaktif pada materi sistem koordinasi untuk peserta didik kelas XI SMA/MA yang valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian pengembangan (<em>Research and Development</em>) menggunakan model pengembangan <em>Instructional Development Institute</em> (IDI). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari validator yang berjumlah 3 orang yaitu 2 orang dosen Departemen Biologi FMIPA UNP dan 1 orang guru biologi SMAN 1 Banuhampu. Selanjutnya&nbsp; objek diuji untuk mengetahui tingkat praktikalitas oleh 1 orang guru dan 32 orang peserta didik kelas XI MIPA di SMAN 1 Banuhampu. Hasil penelitian berupa hasil validasi&nbsp; yang diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 95,9% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil uji praktikalitas oleh guru diperoleh nilai rata-rata 93,47% dan hasil uji praktikalitas oleh peserta didik diperoleh nilai rata-rata 94,95%. The population in this study were students of class XI IPA in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The sample of this study were 35 students of class XI IPA 2 as the control class and 35 students of XI IPA 1 as the experimental class. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of STEM (M-STEM) integrated multimedia microbiology teaching materials on students' critical thinking and communication skills. The study method is quasi-experimental through a non-equivalent control group design pretest-posttest research design. The independent variable of the study is M-STEM microbiology teaching materials, and the dependent variable of the study is students' critical thinking and communication skills. The research sample was students from the Biology Education Study Program at IKIP Budi Utomo who were taking a Microbiology course. Class A is the research experimental class and class B is the control class. The research instrument was a multiple-choice type test for pretest and posttest questions. The research data are pre-test and post-test scores from the experimental class and control class which will be tested for prerequisites (normality and homogeneity) first and then will be tested with the ANAKOVA test with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of STEM (M-STEM) integrated multimedia microbiology teaching materials on students' critical thinking skills (sig&lt;0.05) and student communication (sig&lt;0.05).
