To increase rice production, various efforts have been made, one of which is seed priming using biofertilizers. Biofertilizer or biological fertilizer uses microorganisms that are used as plant growth boosters. The microorganisms used to act as PGPF (Plant Growth Promoting Fungi) are Trichoderma spp. Trichoderma spp. widely used because it can trigger plant growth. This study aims to determine the response of Trichoderma spp. to the seed vigor index and dry weight of rice sprouts of sirandah batuampa variety. The research method is experimental research using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 3 replications. Parameters observed were seed vigor index and sprouts dry weight. The results showed that Trichoderma spp. had no significant effect on seed vigor index and sprouts dry weight. Judging from the mean value, the seed vigor index of SBT, SRBA, and KRT had better values ​​than the control, as well as the dry weight of sprouts with the provision of SBT, SRBA, and SB isolates. The government makes policies in the education sector by shifting the face-to-face learning process online. Online learning can be done with e-learning media. The type of e-learning that can be used in the learning process is edmodo. Edmodo is a web, iOS and Android-based learning platform that looks like Facebook and is easy to use for beginners. Edmodo-based e-learning media can be used in the online learning process after meeting the eligibility indicators of validity. The validity results can be obtained based on an assessment of the aspects contained in the validity indicator according to the 2008 Ministry of National Education criteria, namely the aspects of feasibility of content, language, presentation and, graphics. Various study findings regarding validity indicators in previous studies are difficult to accumulate in quantitative form. Researchers used meta-analysis methods to obtain validity results that were easily accumulated and systematic, so researchers used 8 relevant articles. Based on the analysis of the 8 articles, the results show that 4 articles have fulfilled the validity criteria according to the Ministry of National Education (2008), namely the aspects of the feasibility of content, language, presentation, and graphics. Meanwhile, 4 other articles have not used the validity criteria according to the 2008 Ministry of National Education This shows that the 8 articles analyzed, only 4 articles met the valid qualifications according to the 2008 Ministry of National Education criteria.</p> 2021-04-28T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Jurnal Biologi dan Pembelajarannya (JB&P) The Effect of Guided Inquiry Model through Practicum Learning on Psychomotor Ability of Class XI MIA Students in MAN 10 Jombang 2021-06-12T09:01:31+07:00 Mucharommah Sartika Ami <p>This study aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry models through practicum learning on the psychomotor abilities of class XI MIA students in MAN 10 Jombang. The method used is quantitative with a pre-experimental design in the form of one group pretest-posttest. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and performance tests. The instruments used include interview guides, guided inquiry-based learning tools, learning implementation observation sheets, and students' psychomotor ability assessment sheets. The interview guide was used to conduct a needs analysis and interviews were conducted with biology teachers at MAN 10 Jombang. Guided inquiry-based learning tools were used to carry out guided inquiry-based practicum learning in this study. The number of samples of students used in this study was 15 people. The observation data on the implementation of learning were analyzed descriptively, while the data on the psychomotor abilities of students were analyzed parametrically using SPSS version 25.0 software. Guided inquiry-based practicum learning in this study was carried out well with a percentage of 79.4%. The psychomotor abilities of students at the posttest stage increased by 40% compared to the pretest stage. At the pretest stage, six students had very poor psychomotor abilities, while at the posttest stage there were no students with very poor psychomotor abilities. The results of the product-moment analysis show that the guided inquiry model through practicum learning has a significant effect on the psychomotor abilities of students, with a value of 0.769 and a significance level of 5%. The results of the regression analysis showed that guided inquiry-based practicum learning had an effect of 59.1% on the increase in students' psychomotor abilities. This research is a development research that uses the ADDIE development model. The research procedure refers to the stages in the ADDIE development model, namely: Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The analysis stage is a needs analysis activity for the development of an RQA-based module on virus material. The design stage is carried out to compile the design of the module being developed, including technical and substantive specifications. The develop stage is the creation of modules and expert validation. The implement stage is a small group trial stage to determine the readability of students. The last stage (evaluate) is an activity to evaluate the results of all the stages that have been carried out. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The instruments used include: interview guides, student needs analysis questionnaires, material expert validation sheets, learning media expert validation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Validators are material experts and learning media experts who validate each one who has expertise in their field. The number of respondents who responded to the readability of the module developed was 10 people. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the RQA-based biology learning module on virus material is considered very feasible. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kembali miskonsepsi pada buku teks Biologi SMA kelas XI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode meta analisis. Meta Analisis merupakan penelitian yang membahas artikel sejenis. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mengumpulkan artikel-artikel yang berkaitan dengan miskonsepsi pada buku teks Biologi. Penelitian spesifik dengan miskonsepsi pada buku teks Biologi kelas XI SMA berjumlah 8 artikel dari 23 artikel. Hasil penelitian ditemukan miskonsepsi pada buku teks pelajaran Biologi SMA kelas XI dengan kategori rendah dan sedang. Materi dengan miskonsepsi terbesar adalah sistem imun sebesar 58,8% (miskonsepsi kategori sedang). Untuk 6 jenis buku teks Biologi, nilai rata-rata miskonsepsi pada unit gambar adalah 6,44%, &nbsp;sedangkan pada unit teks adalah 3,86%. Urutan kategori miskonsepsi dari yang terbesar hingga terkecil dalam unit teks adalah <em>misidentifications</em><em>, </em><em>oversimplifications</em><em>, </em><em>overgeneralizations</em><em>, </em><em>undergeneralizations</em><em>, </em><em>dan obselete concepts and terms</em>. Sedangkan pada unit gambar urutan kategori miskonsepsi mulai dari yang terbesar sampai yang terkecil yaitu <em>oversimplifications, misidentifications, overgeneralization</em><em>s</em><em>, obselete concept</em><em>s</em><em> and terms,</em> dan <em>undergeneralization</em><em>s</em>.
