Abstrak
Aktivitas fisik, kualitas tidur, dan tingkat stres pada kebugaran jasmani pada masa remaja dapat meningkatkan nilai positif perkembangan remaja siswa dalam melakukan segala aktivitas. Pada saat yang sama, penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas fisik, tingkat stres dan kualitas tidur sangat mempengaruhi masing-masing kegiatan ini dalam konteks pengaruh positif. Karena aktivitas remaja sangat tinggi, penelitian ini meneliti hubungan ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Desain dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional, dengan 200 siswa remaja yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yang memilih purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket, di antaranya IPAQ adalah angket dengan skala pengukuran aktivitas fisik. Kualitas tidur menggunakan PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index). Skala stress rating menggunakan DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales). Kebugaran jasmani diukur menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia selama 16-19 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi rho Spearman menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam aktivitas fisik dengan kebugaran jasmani remaja, diperoleh Sig. 0,714 > 0,05, yang menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dan kebugaran jasmani. Kualitas tidur dengan kebugaran jasmani pada remaja diperoleh Sig. Value 0,826 > 0,05, sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan kebugaran jasmani pada remaja. Pada tingkat stres yang berkaitan dengan kebugaran jasmani, mereka memperoleh Sig. Nilai 0,000 < 0,05 berarti bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres remaja dan kebugaran jasmani.
