Evaluasi Potensi Head Loss pada Sistem Distribusi Air Taman Gedung Bank BUMN di Surabaya Berdasarkan Konfigurasi Jaringan Perpipaan

Sistem distribusi air pada gedung bertingkat memerlukan jaringan perpipaan yang dapat mengalirkan air secara efektif ke seluruh titik penggunaan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem distribusi adalah Head Loss aliran yang terjadi akibat proses sepanjang pipa dan penggunaan berbagai aksesoris perpipaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi potensi Head Loss pada sistem distribusi air taman Komplek Gedung Bank BUMN Surabaya berdasarkan konfigurasi jaringan perpipaan eksisting dengan menggunakan pendekatan Darcy–Weisbach. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari observasi lapangan, yang meliputi panjang pipa, diameter pipa, jumlah fitting, kapasitas tangki atap, dan konfigurasi jaringan distribusi. Sistem distribusi terdiri dari enam jalur perpipaan (line 1–line 6) yang menggunakan aliran gravitasi dari tangki atap berkapasitas 5000 L dengan ketinggian sekitar 28 m. Karakteristik geometri jaringan dan potensi Head Loss pada setiap jalur distribusi dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi potensi Head Loss pada sistem distribusi air kebun adalah panjang pipa, diameter pipa, jumlah fitting dan percabangan. Line 5 memiliki potensi Head Loss terbesar berdasarkan karakteristik jaringan karena memiliki jumlah titik keluaran dan fitting yang paling banyak, sedangkan Line 6 memiliki potensi Head Loss yang lebih kecil karena konfigurasi jaringan yang lebih sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar evaluasi dan pengembangan sistem distribusi air berbasis gravitasi pada gedung bertingkat agar lebih efisien dan andal.
