Peningkatan teknik dasar sepak bola dengan metode pelatihan dan kondisi fisik

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh permainan sisi kecil dan metode pelatihan rondo, serta kondisi fisik, pada keterampilan teknik dasar mengoper, mengendalikan, dan menggiring bola pemain sepak bola. Moda penelitian ini adalah Quasi-Experiment dengan desain penelitian faktorial. Sampel terdiri dari 38 atlet sepak bola anak berusia 10-12 tahun dari tim sepak bola putra Wijaya, dengan sampel purposive dari pemain sepak bola muda (10-12 tahun) dari tim sepak bola putra Wijaya di Padang. Pengukuran keterampilan dilakukan dengan instrumen bounce board untuk melewati kontrol, tes dribbling, tes kelincahan (Illinois Agility Run Test), dan tes kecepatan (lari 30 meter) untuk mengukur kondisi fisik. Analisis data menggunakan uji two-track ANOVA dengan taraf signifikansi α 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengaruh metode Small-Sided Games dan Rondo terhadap passing control (F=5,931, p=0,025 < 0,05) dan dribbling (F=61,588, p=0,000 < 0,05). Selain itu, ada perbedaan antara kondisi fisik tinggi dan rendah untuk kontrol passing dan dribbling (α < 0,05). Selanjutnya terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara metode latihan dengan kondisi fisik pada passing control (F=9,481, p=0,007 < 0,05) dan dribbling (F=88,817, p= 0,000 < 0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa permainan sisi kecil, metode pelatihan rondo, dan kondisi fisik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan dasar pemain sepak bola.
