Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh metode pelatihan interval intensif yang luas dan kapasitas paru-paru vital siswa atlet futsal untuk meningkatkan vo2max. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimental dengan desain faktorial 2x2. 24 atlet futsal pelajar laki-laki, usia 15,95±0,55, tinggi 164,61±6,90, dan berat badan 53,23±8,11, memenuhi kriteria inklusi, menandatangani informed consent dan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Intervensi tersebut adalah metode pelatihan interval ekstensif untuk berlari di trek 20 meter dan pelatihan interval intensif untuk berlari di trek 100 meter. Perawatan dilakukan 16 kali, tiga kali seminggu, dan set progresif, pengulangan, waktu, dan istirahat. Vo2max diukur dengan tes kebugaran multistage, dan kapasitas vital paru-paru diukur dengan spirometri SP70B. Analisis data menggunakan two-way ANOVA, data diuji normalitas dan homogenitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan interval pretest ekstensif 37,53±1,37 dan posttest 50,68±1,00 (p=0,05), dan pretest intensif 37,04±1,45 dan posttest 49,18±1,37 (p=0,05) meningkatkan VO2Max. Tidak ada interaksi antara metode pelatihan ekstensif dan intensif pada kapasitas vital paru-paru. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa metode latihan yang ekstensif dan intensif berguna untuk meningkatkan vo2max atlet futsal siswa. Metode pelatihan interval ekstensif lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan vo2max.
