Analisis Perawatan Pompa Sentrifugal DIN 24255 pada Sistem Pemupukan Kuningan Akibat Bearing Longgar

Pompa sentrifugal DIN 24255 merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem distribusi cairan di industri, termasuk di Pabrik Gula Tjoekir Jombang. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah kerusakan bearing yang menyebabkan getaran berlebih, penurunan efisiensi, dan gangguan proses produksi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kelonggaran bearing terhadap performa pompa serta mengevaluasi efektivitas perawatan yang dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung, pengukuran getaran dan suhu, serta analisis efisiensi pompa sebelum dan sesudah perawatan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi dari 52 persen menjadi 72 persen dan penurunan getaran dari 6,5 mm per detik menjadi 2,1 mm per detik setelah penggantian bearing dan pelumasan ulang. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya perawatan preventif dan pemantauan kondisi bearing secara berkala untuk menjaga kinerja pompa secara optimal.
