This sense of vision can be affected by diseases that often occur, including cataracts, as well as other diseases such as glaucoma and retinal disease. The eye disease will interfere with the activities of the sufferer and can also attack his psyche. In examining and ensuring that eye diseases can be done by utilizing technology, with the development of technology to identify eye diseases can be done. Through an image of the patient's retinal fundus, the image can be processed using the image processing method. By combining image processing with classification methods from machine learning, images can be processed until they are identified in the class. This study was conducted with the aim of classifying eye diseases using the discrete wavelet transformation method with K-nearest neighbor, obtaining an accuracy level of 61% in the classification of a class. These results indicate that the classification can be done quite well, but in the results obtained, not all classes can classify well. Using datasets from Kaggle 300 normal eye datasets, 100 cataract eye datasets, 101 glaucoma eye datasets, and 100 retinal disease eye datasets, there are 4 classes of retinal fundus images. ABC, a chemical manufacturing company whose products are used in various industries, requires an appropriate strategy amid tight business competition. The aim of this study is to provide recommendations for strategies to reduce production costs to enhance PT. ABC's competitiveness. The research method uses a descriptive SWOT analysis method with IFAS and EFAS matrices. In the 9-quadrant SWOT analysis, PT. ABC is positioned in Quadrant I (concentration through vertical integration) with a score of 3.19 (IFAS) and 3.14 (EFAS), indicating that the company is in very healthy condition. Meanwhile, in the 4-quadrant diagram, PT. ABC is positioned in Quadrant I, meaning the situation is advantageous for the company, possessing opportunities and strengths to exploit these opportunities. Then, a TOWS matrix was created based on the conducted SWOT analysis. In the TOWS analysis, mapping of Strength-Opportunity, Strength-Threats, Weakness-Opportunity, Weakness-Threats was conducted. Johan Sentosa, a palm oil manufacturing company in Kampar Regency, Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research combines primary data from semi-structured interviews with management and secondary data from company documents and industry publications. The research methodology includes data collection through interviews, documentation studies, and direct observation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, PESTLE analysis, TOWS analysis, and integration of analysis results. The research results show that PESTLE factors have a significant influence on the palm oil manufacturing industry, with EFAS analysis producing a total score of 5.0 (opportunities 2.8, threats 2.2). TOWS analysis identifies PT's strengths and weaknesses. Johan Sentosa, with IFAS analysis produced a total score of 3.4 (strengths 1.85, weaknesses 1.55). The integration of both methods results in a strategy that capitalizes on a company's strengths and market opportunities, such as ongoing product development and technology investments, while addressing weaknesses and threats through improved operational efficiency and environmental risk management. This research provides a comprehensive framework for strategic analysis in the palm oil manufacturing industry, with practical implications for PT. BSC provides a holistic perspective in measuring performance from various aspects such as finance, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation from the Kampar Regency Satpol PP. The data collected was analyzed using BSC to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in each perspective, then analyzed further using DEA to determine the relative efficiency of each work unit. Data processing was carried out with DEA-Solver software. The research results show that from a financial perspective, the efficiency of the Kampar Regency Satpol PP is 85%, with details that there are several areas that need to be improved to achieve maximum efficiency. The customer perspective shows a satisfaction level of 75%, which shows the need to improve service quality. The internal business process perspective indicates that 70% of operational processes run efficiently, while the learning and growth perspective shows a level of competency increase of 80%. The research results show that the Kampar Regency Satpol PP needs to make improvements in several areas to achieve optimal performance and efficiency. In this research, digital image processing is used to classify shallot diseases. The aim is to make it easier to recognize, identify or analyze the object. The research stage begins with collecting data on shallot plants, then carrying out various scenarios, then in this research we classify shallot objects using the SVM algorithm. The data we use is 250 image data, which are classified as normal shallot diseases, bottom rot, caterpillars, and leaf mold. Testing is based on image size and the amount of training and testing data. The innovation of the corn sheller machine using an electric dynamo as a source of driving energy is a fairly interesting solution to increase efficiency and accuracy in the corn shelling process. The innovation of this corn sheller tool uses the ex - post facto method because the data obtained by researchers is data from events that have already taken place. Researchers only need to develop existing tools and there needs to be development of tools and materials such as sieves, casings, hoppers, exhaust pipes, electric dynamos, exhaust pipes, frames, pulleys, and v-belts. The results and calculations of this tool are, the planned power is 0.186 kw, the planned moment is 64.70 kg/mm, the shear stress is 3.08 kg/mm2, the shaft diameter is 7 mm, the shear stress on the shaft is 0.0806 kg/mm, with an engine speed of 2800 rpm, after the innovation of the tool was tested 3 times, then the average time was 2.5 minutes, with an actual tool capacity of 43.2 kg/hour. Compared to the previous tool, it could only shell around 20 kg/hour. One way to overcome this is to design an efficient tool to produce quality animal feed. This study aims to design and build an IoT-based maggot dryer to increase the efficiency of the maggot drying process. Maggots, larvae of the Black Soldier Fly, are a potential alternative source of protein for livestock and fish feed. The tool designed uses a DS18B20 sensor to detect temperature and heat the maggots automatically using a Tubular Heater. This tool can be controlled remotely and provides notification when the drying process is complete by utilizing IoT. The method used is procedural development with testing carried out on several parameters such as temperature and drying time. The results of the study showed that the IoT-based maggot dryer is more efficient than the manual drying method because it can reduce the time and energy required, and produce high-quality dry maggots. Deaf people are children with hearing impairments, either deaf or hard of hearing. The lack of learning media causes parents to experience learning problems in their children. Therefore, learning media is needed so that people with hearing disabilities can get easy learning, especially learning Hijaiyah letters. An introduction application is needed to facilitate learning, which is able to improve the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters easily. The main output of this research is photos and video demonstrations using the Sequential Search method. The Sequential Search method is used to facilitate the search for hijaiyah letters for students in the search for the application using Latin letters, implemented in Gerkatin Kediri city and using Kotlin programming language. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media that benefits deaf students in the introduction of Arabic including hijaiyah letters. The Sequential Search method is used to optimize the letter recognition process in this application. The supporting factor for the method used is logcat from the Android Studio application. Logcat helps the effectiveness of the sequential search method to run as desired. However, it can have an impact on the harvest period and feed procurement if not controlled properly. Inappropriate feeding can inhibit the growth of catfish, resulting in less than optimal catfish cultivation. Due to this problem, to help catfish farmers avoid losses, a decision support system for feeding catfish using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is proposed, where this method is expected to be able to solve problems with several attributes by weighting so that they can provide alternative feed decisions. The method for recommending catfish feed is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method which is used to determine the best alternative and a number of alternatives based on certain criteria. The system will carry out calculations using predetermined criteria including feed size, fish age and protein. The results of the system that has been created include: (1) the system was created based on existing problems, where the system is able to recommend catfish feed. Brill Garment merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri garmen yang fokus pada produksi berbagai jenis pakaian dan produk tekstil. Permasalahan dalam proses produksi adalah perusahaan masih mengalami produk cacat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengendalian kualitas produk kaos CV. Brill Garment dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab cacat pada produk kaos perusahaan. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis Six Sigma dengan pendekatan DMAIC dan metode perbaikan 5W+1H digunakan. Alat yang digunakan adalah Critical to Quality (CTQ), diagram Pareto, diagram fish frame, diagram kendali, dan analisis mode kegagalan dan dampak (FMEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat empat jenis cacat yaitu jahitan tidak sempurna, kain kotor, aksesoris tidak lengkap, dan lubang kain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai DPMO sebesar 12.726,32 dan nilai sigma sebesar 3,75. Berdasarkan persentase cacat yang diperoleh, jenis cacat yang mempunyai jumlah cacat terbanyak adalah jahitan tidak sempurna. Beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan jahitan tidak sempurna, seperti kurangnya keterampilan, kurang akurat, mesin rusak, setting mesin berubah, kualitas kain tidak sesuai, jenis benang tidak sesuai, cara menjahit salah, tidak ada standar operasional prosedur (SOP), kondisi peralatan yang buruk, dan kurangnya sirkulasi udara. A total of 800 images of cayenne pepper were collected and grouped into four quality classes, namely rotten, greenish, dry and ripe. The classification process using SVM involves a preprocessing stage, image segmentation with Canny edge detection, and model performance evaluation. Implementation is carried out through the development of a web application with several worksheets, including model training worksheets, classification process, classification results, evaluation and export. System testing involves alpha and beta functional testing. Alpha functional testing includes homepage display and navigation tests, model training process, image classification process, classification results, classification evaluation, and export of classification results. Beta functional testing is carried out by involving users who provide feedback through questionnaires. The test results show that the application succeeded in classifying the image of cayenne pepper with high accuracy and received a positive assessment from users. The results of the F1-Score calculation for SVM classification show good model performance, with F1-Score values for each quality class of cayenne pepper as follows: Rotten (0.973), Greenish (0.979), Dry (1.0), and Ripe (0.972). The aim of this study is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management, as well as to obtain optimal material restocking recommendations. The research is conducted through several stages, starting from needs analysis, system design, EOQ algorithm simulation, to application implementation. The EOQ method is chosen because it has been proven to provide accurate solutions in determining the optimal quantity of material orders. The research results indicate the successful implementation of the EOQ method at O'Ayam Geprek. The system can classify materials into two categories, namely Restock Yes and Restock No, based on predefined parameters. Evaluation of 21 materials during the October to November period shows that the system provides effective and efficient restocking recommendations. A case study was conducted at TK Dharma Wanita 1 Tarokan and SDN Tarokan 1. The implementation, based on the Game Design Document (GDD), focused on the High Concept Document (HCD) and Character Design Document (CDD). The evaluation of the implementation involved game testing with 20 children aged 4-7 as respondents. The analysis included character control ease, game difficulty level, counting challenges, responses to graphics and sound, emotional engagement, and learning experience. The results show that 75% of respondents found it easy to control the character Aiden, while 25% considered it difficult. Most (70%) assessed that the difficulty level was not suitable for the children's age, and 60% responded negatively to counting challenges. Responses to graphics and sound tended to be positive (55%), but 45% gave negative or neutral feedback. Children's emotional engagement was low (75%), with only 25% feeling involved. Positive learning experiences were reported by 40% of respondents, while 60% stated otherwise.
