Bagaimana merancang kompresor menggunakan mesin freezer? 2). One alternative solution to solve this problem is to use a decision support system using the SAW method to make it easier for customers to make decisions about choosing bricks according to their wishes. The SAW method is used to determine the highest score from the ranking results, there are existing alternatives by calculating the predetermined criteria and weights. by using an application that can be updated according to customer needs. Types of defective products include uneven surfaces and product shapes that do not match the mould. Defects that occur are caused by an Uneven Surface, which is caused during the process of pouring liquid metal into the mold, the pouring temperature is too low and the product shape does not match the mold, which is caused by the liquid metal raw material used is too bad and the pouring time is too long. This research method uses six sigma with DMAIC stages (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) with the help of pareto charts, and the TRIZ method (Teoria Rechenia Izobretatelskih Zadatchi). The biggest defect presentation is the uneven surface with a percentage level of 54%. The overall average DPMO value is 126920.25 and the sigma value is 2.65. From the fmea calculation, the highest RPN result is found in the expertise of workers with a scale value of 112. The proposed improvement is by holding routine training for employees at least 3 times a month at a mutually agreed time, as well as updating SOPs and printing them to minimize the occurrence of defective products. The company has only used conventional methods in procuring raw materials. Based on the data observed over the past year, the company has incurred cost wastage on raw materials due to excessive ordering. The method used in this study is the economic order quantity (EOQ) and period order quantity (POQ) to determine the optimal ordering size and period by minimizing the total inventory costs that include ordering and holding costs. The study was conducted by collecting ordering and inventory data over the past year and analyzing the data using EOQ and POQ methods. The results showed that by applying the EOQ method, the company spent a total of Rp. 219.870.807</em> <em>for all raw materials, while with the POQ method, the company spent a total of Rp. 373.361.217</em><em> for all raw materials. Sarana Lalu Lintas, to reduce the distance of movement and material handling cost (OMH). </em><em>The problem faced in the initial layout was the process flow in the production of signs that were not well arranged. The distance between spaces is far apart. </em><em>Due to the distance between spaces, this has resulted in considerable material handling costs. The Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) are carried out based on the degree of proximity between facilities and then a proposed layout is made. A redesign of the layout of the laboratory facilities was carried out to lower the distance of movement and the cost of handling materials. The results of the study using ARC and ARD obtained a decrease in the distance of movement to 1,350 meters and material handling costs (OMH) of Rp2,199,717. One of the products is Smartphone products, there are<br>still many defective products that are not in accordance with company standards.<br>The percentage of smartphone product defects in the period January 2022 - June<br>2022 reached 0.57%, exceeding the tolerance for product defects in the company,<br>which was 0.1%. The types of smartphone product defects include LCD Crack, LCD<br>Black Spot, Speaker No Sound, Battery Leaking, Camera Fail, and Fingerprint<br>Fail. This study aims to analyze the causes of defects and provide recommendations<br>for improvements to improve quality. The method used is SPC (Statistical<br>Processing Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The stages in<br>the research began with collecting data, analyzing data with SPC, determining RPN<br>values using FMEA, and recommending improvements. The results of the research<br>show that the most dominant product defects are LCD Black Spot (47%), LCD<br>Crack (22%), and Camera Fail (15%), the three defects account for 84%. The cause<br>of disability is caused by human, material, and machine factors. The highest RPN<br>value is 432 on a cracked LCD due to a lack of machine settings. Namun untuk saat ini belum banyak orang yang menggunakan jenis kompor tersebut, sehingga untuk menarik minat serta untuk meringkas tempat maka dibuatlah kompor yang dirangkai dengan rangka sehingga akan memudahkan operator dalam penggunaan. Dengan dibuatnya rangka ini diharapkan akan dapat meringkas kebutuhan luas area dari kompor hidrogen yang sudah ada. In the process there is still waste as indicated by the large number of raw materials in the process of work scattered on the floor, there are still tools and materials that have not been considered by employees for storage, there is waiting time for sewing work, and there are old raw materials that have not been used. The existing waste must be minimized and eliminated so as not to harm the company. This study uses lean manufacturing with value stream mapping and kaizen to minimize waste and implement 5s. The results obtained by waste that often occur in the leather bag production process are overprocessing 3, transportation 1.8, waiting 1.5, defects 1.5, inventory 1, unnecesary 0.6 and overproduction 0. Diperlukan pelatihan untuk pengguna agar dapat menggunakan sistem dengan benar dan efektif. Mengacu pada permasalahan ini di lakukan analisis terhadap 2 orang operator produksi paving di Pt.Duta Beton Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode <em>nordic body map</em> setelah di lakukan pengolahan data dari pengisian kuesioner NBM di dapatkan hasil skoring sebesar 65 untukn operator 1 dan 65 untuk operator 2.
