Digitalisasi laporan pekerjaan dan monitoring lapangan menjadi kebutuhan yang penting dalam proyek instalasi fiber optik. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada pelaporan manual meliputi keterlambatan penyampaian data, kehilangan dokumen fisik, dan kesulitan dalam proses verifikasi oleh pihak manajemen. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem berbasis web dan mobile untuk mencatat, memantau, dan mengelola laporan pekerjaan teknisi di lapangan secara digital dan real-time. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil akhir berupa aplikasi digital yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, keakuratan data, serta memberikan kemudahan monitoring pekerjaan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat
