Studi Komparasi Terhadap Resiliensi Siswa Berdasarkan Gender

Abstrak
Resiliensi merupakan kualitas individu untuk bangkit dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan sosial. Gender merupakan salah satu faktor resiliensi yang inkonsisten sehingga perlu diuji. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya perbedaan resiliensi pada siswa laki-laki dengan siswa perempuan. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi komparatif dengan sampel penelitian 188 siswa laki-laki dan 188 siswa perempuan yang berasal dari SMA, SMK, atau MA di Kota Surabaya. Teknik analisis data mempergunakan uji ANOVA dan uji deskiptif, berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang berarti antara resiliensi laki -laki dengan perempuan. Uji Deskriptif menunjukkan perempuan lebih unggul dalam skor resiliensi dibandingkan laki- laki. Cara menyelesaikan masalah dan menghadapi perubahan merupakan indikator utama yang menjadikan kedua kelompok memiliki resiliensi yang berbeda
