Catfish farming in Tunggulwulung Village, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency, faces several challenges, including high feed costs, manual feeding practices, limited product diversification, and low adoption of digital technology and online marketing. This community service program aimed to improve the productivity and economic independence of catfish farmers through a technosociopreneurship-based empowerment model. The novelty of this program lies in integrating IoT Smart Fishing technology, alternative feed produced from poultry slaughterhouse (PSH) waste, value-added catfish product diversification, and digital marketing into a comprehensive empowerment model to enhance business sustainability and competitiveness. The program employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), community outreach, training on alternative feed production, implementation of an IoT-based automatic feeder, training on processed catfish products, digital marketing workshops, and monitoring and evaluation. The results demonstrated significant improvements in participants' capacity, with knowledge scores increasing from 32% to 72%, IoT operation skills from 30% to 81%, knowledge of alternative feed production from 50% to 73%, product diversification skills from 10% to 62%, social media utilization for marketing from 0% to 40%, and feed cost efficiency from 40% to 60%. The program also produced an operational IoT-based automatic feeder, diversified catfish products such as nuggets and dim sum, and digital promotional media to support market expansion. These findings indicate that the technosociopreneurship-based empowerment model is effective in enhancing farmers' technical capacity, productivity, and business competitiveness while promoting sustainable community-based aquaculture development
