This socialization was carried out through a knowledge transfer analysis method regarding the benefits of Moringa leaves and how to make pudding to increase people's creativity and be able to utilize one of the natural products as a healthy food product, apart from that it can influence the increase in vegetable consumption among the community. These findings identify that the use of Moringa leaf pudding is an effective strategy in increasing nutritional intake and food diversification. Therefore, the transmission of knowledge and practice in this socialization is an initiative and can be accepted by the community and has the potential to be further developed as a simple functional food product that is nutritious and easily affordable in the surrounding environment. Apart from improving the quality of people's creativity and healthy lifestyles in the daily environment, there are also the results of socialization that has been implemented specifically to prevent stunting, pregnant women and toddlers can increase cooperation and support the welfare of society in general. The business markets its products from morning until noon, followed by sourcing ingredients for the next production cycle. A situational analysis identified several challenges, including traditional marketing methods, manual transaction recording, conventional production tools, and limited knowledge and skills in information technology utilization. To address these issues, the Service Team implemented a series of steps: preparation, development of an e-commerce website, creation of a transaction recording module, production of an oil-draining spinner, technology training for the partner, and program evaluation. Financial reporting in MSMEs often only uses simple recording methods and is carried out conventionally. The use of technology in this case is limited to calculating addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division using a calculator while the recording system is carried out traditionally. This community service (PkM) activity is focused on direct assistance and guidance with simulation and participatory methods for MSME Eatspot.id to create accountable financial reporting based on technology. This problem is exacerbated by the low skills of posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements and interpretation of results, which hinders monitoring of children's nutritional status. To overcome this, the method used in this activity is training and mentoring for posyandu cadres designed to improve knowledge and skills in taking measurements and providing education on balanced nutrition. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in cadre skills, where all skill indicators reached 100% after training. However, this waste holds potential for innovative use, such as being repurposed as a corrosion control material. This Community Service activity aimed to educate tofu producers in Magelang Regency on processing tofu waste into materials for metal corrosion protection. The approach involved counseling sessions and practical demonstrations. The results showed that tofu waste could reduce corrosion on metal equipment by 40% compared to untreated equipment. The participants showed great enthusiasm, as the method proved practical and easy to apply. The purpose of this program is to improve the quality and quantity of tempeh production with a focus on soybean epidermis stripping, soybean cracking, and epidermis separation in a way that is more efficient than conventional methods as well as good management training. The PKM implementation method by the PKM team together with students is carried out in the following stages, namely situation analysis, observation, interviews and discussions with partners, formulating priority problems, determining activity methods, design of automatic dry soybean epidermis separator machine, procurement of tools and materials, machine manufacturing, machine test stage, handover and application of machines, training on machine operation and maintenance to partners, business management training, periodic monitoring and evaluation, and reporting on the implementation of PKM. Concrete solutions offered for priority problems include the procurement and application of the Automatic Ari Soybean Skin Separator Machine in the production aspect, and improvements in the management of Tempe Rohmat MSMEs. The results of this activity, this dry soybean epidermis separator machine has a capacity of 300 kg / hour, 15 times the production capacity of wet soybean epidermis separation manually through the mining process of ± 20 kg / hour. Limited knowledge regarding batik techniques with gutta and restricted access to non-formal education that teaches practical skills among the women’s congregants of the Gereja Utusan Pantekosta is a problem in empowering women to use their free time productively as a business opportunity that can improve family welfare. The empowerment of women’s congregants of the Gereja Utusan Pantekosta through batik-making training using the gutta technique to enhance practical skills that are easy to learn and apply was conducted on March 23, 2024. This initiative was a collaboration between the Faculty of Digital and Law Business, the Faculty of Humanities and Creative Industries, and the Faculty of Intelligent Technology and Engineering at Maranatha Christian University, along with Universitas Komputer Indonesia and the industrial partner Istana Kaen. The training involved 21 participants aged between 19 and 66 years. The implementation method included explanations, demonstrations, practical sessions, and mentoring.
