Abstract

Digital marketing for female entrepreneurs is always hampered by knowledge, age, and limited time, especially for the Kangkung Chips MSME, a typical snack from UP2K Bejo 40, Sumber Rejo Village, Balikpapan City. Empowering women's resources is expected to be a solution to these obstacles through digital marketing training and mentoring. The method used in this women's empowerment is several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results of this women's resource empowerment help these MSMEs in optimizing the e-commerce platform as a promotional medium to introduce their products widely. However, continuous mentoring is needed to always make continuous changes.
