Simulasi Injection Molding Dalam Pembuatan Gelas Plastik Menggunakan Inventor 2021
Abstract
Proses simulasi Injection Molding dalam pembuatan gelas plastik bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari simulasi suatu produk. Produk gelas plastik didesain dengan menggunakan material plastik jenis Polypropylene PPC 5660, mold base yang digunakan sesuai standard DME tipe E dengan ukuran 346 mm x 346 mm, parameter suhu yang digunakan untuk meleburkan material polypropylene PPC 5660 sebesar 231,03 °C dan suhu temperature mold 42,02 °C. Simulasi yang dihasilkan berupa fill time yaitu waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam mengisi ruang cetakan dengan lama waktu 1,350 detik, confidence of fill yaitu presentase cairan yang telah mengisi cetakan, pada proses ini hasilnya menunjukan 100%, quality prediction untuk mengetahui kualitas produk, hasil dari pembuatan gelas plastik sebesar 99,9% sangat baik ditunjukan dengan warna hijau dan 0,10% cukup baik ditunjukkan dengan warna kuning, cycle time yang dibutuhkan dalam proses ini selama 15,43 detik.
