Strategi peningkatan keterampilan berenang siswa menggunakan metode pelatihan dan media

Abstrak

Banyak siswa menemukan bahwa berenang adalah keterampilan yang diperlukan, namun banyak yang berjuang untuk mempelajari bentuk yang tepat karena pengajaran yang tidak memadai. Belajar dapat terjadi lebih cepat dengan media pelatihan yang tepat, dan pengetahuan tentang teknik renang dapat ditingkatkan. Metode pengajaran dan media pelatihan yang inovatif diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan penguasaan keterampilan renang siswa. Studi ini untuk menilai seberapa baik rejimen latihan dan media yang tepat dapat meningkatkan keterampilan renang dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan, dimana tiga siklus penelitian tindakan adalah (1) persiapan, (2) tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Jika setidaknya 75% anak dapat melakukan gerakan berenang dasar dengan gaya merangkak dengan sukses, maka pembelajaran ini telah berhasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi analisis persentase sebagai metode analisisnya. Sementara setidaknya 75% siswa yang mendapatkan nilai ketuntasan dalam renang pada siklus pertama menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam gerakan basic crawl style, hasil pembelajaran gerakan siswa tidak sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan; hanya 55,55% siswa yang mencapai target keseluruhan. Jumlah mahasiswa yang mencapai tujuan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 32 atau 71,11%. Pada akhir siklus, 40 siswa, atau 88,89% siswa, mencapai target keseluruhan. Menurut temuan penelitian, kemampuan dasar berenang remaja siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan latihan darat dan alat pelatihan.
