Latihan fisik tenis melayani kinerja pada remaja: Tinjauan sistematis

Abstrak

Latihan fisik peningkatan keterampilan pelayanan tenis lapangan pada atlet remaja merupakan salah satu bagian dari penguasaan keterampilan bagi remaja. Namun, tidak semua latihan yang telah dilakukan oleh remaja bisa berhasil dalam menguasai keterampilan servis tenis. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pelatihan fisik untuk mendukung keterampilan layanan dalam tenis. Penelitian ini mengikuti Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) dan Meta-analysis. Artikel ilmiah diperoleh dari Elsevier, Pubmed, Science Direct, Web of Science, National Index, Google Scholar, dan Journal of Sports Coaching. Setelah mengikuti kriteria pengecualian, hanya tersisa 8 pasal. Tinjauan berhasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penelitian, dan pendekatan kuantitatif adalah metode dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan. Salah satu aspek penting dari latihan fisik adalah dukungan untuk keterampilan layanan di lapangan tenis. Program studi praktik berlangsung selama 3 minggu hingga 12 minggu. Mereka melakukan satu hingga > dua hari per minggu. Kesimpulan Temuan menunjukkan bahwa latihan fisik dapat meningkatkan kecepatan servis tenis. Latihan fisik yang direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan servis tenis meliputi Latihan, Kaki Inti, Stabilitas, dan Lengan. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilanjutkan dengan memetakan analisis penelitian tentang topik ini menggunakan metode lain untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai bentuk latihan untuk menguasai keterampilan dalam olahraga. Kajian pustaka ini juga dapat dilanjutkan dengan membahas topik-topik lain yang berkaitan dengan penguasaan keterampilan.
