Pengaruh metode pelatihan yang bervariasi dengan ukuran kelas yang lebih kecil pada keterampilan berenang merangkak depan siswa

Abstrak

Namun, proses belajar berenang terkadang menggeneralisasi kemampuan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh metode pelatihan yang bervariasi dengan ukuran kelas yang lebih kecil pada keterampilan berenang merangkak depan siswa. Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan desain one-group pre-test-post-test. Populasi studi sebanyak 93 siswa, mereka mengikuti pelajaran renang di Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Garut Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang mencapai kriteria adalah 22 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes kemampuan berenang merangkak depan. Prosedur penelitian - memberikan pengobatan dengan metode yang bervariasi dengan ukuran kelas yang lebih kecil. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Paired Sample t Test. Perlakuan dengan penyampaian pelajaran yang bervariasi dengan ukuran kelas yang lebih kecil diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penelitian terungkap nilai sig. (2-tailed) yang diperoleh adalah 0,000. Skornya lebih rendah dari 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa efek metode bervariasi dengan ukuran kelas yang lebih kecil pada keterampilan berenang siswa pada keterampilan berenang merangkak depan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa menggunakan pengaturan dan metode kelas dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan berenang dan gaya merangkak depan.
