Abstrak
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efek latihan kalistenik selama delapan minggu terhadap kualitas kebugaran fisik terpilih dan kinerja keterampilan pada pemain bola tangan putri U-17. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimental untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuannya. Sebanyak 20 pemain bola tangan putri dipilih untuk studi ini. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pemilihan yang komprehensif dan secara acak membagi mereka menjadi dua kelompok yang sama besar: kelompok eksperimen (n = 10) dan kelompok kontrol (n = 10). Selama 8 minggu, kelompok eksperimen melakukan latihan kalistenik tiga kali seminggu, sementara kelompok kontrol tetap melakukan latihan bola tangan reguler. Studi ini menilai akurasi passing, kecepatan dribel, kecepatan gerak, dan kekuatan otot pada kedua kelompok sebelum dan sesudah latihan. Data yang dikumpulkan dari partisipan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 24, dengan menggunakan uji t-sample berpasangan dan uji t-sample independen dengan tingkat signifikansi ditetapkan pada 0,05. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa latihan kalistenik secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi passing, kecepatan dribel, kecepatan gerak, dan kekuatan otot dalam uji pra-post pada kelompok eksperimen (p<0,05). Namun, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan ditemukan dalam variabel kelompok kontrol mana pun (p > 0,05). Berdasarkan temuan ini, program latihan kalistenik selama delapan minggu memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kecepatan gerak, kekuatan otot, akurasi passing, dan kecepatan dribel pada pemain bola tangan putri U-17.
