Abstrak

Fase siklus menstruasi dan durasi latihan sering mengganggu performa atlet futsal wanita selama latihan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara durasi olahraga, gangguan menstruasi dan performa atlet futsal wanita. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survei. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 22 atlet futsal wanita di Kota Cimahi. Instrumen tersebut merupakan wawancara tertutup yang divalidasi oleh pakar sepak bola wanita (pelatih tim sepak bola wanita Indonesia) dari STKIP Pasundan dan diuji terhadap tiga peserta yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Analisis deskriptif disajikan sebagai mean dan perbedaan antar kelompok yang dievaluasi dengan uji-t dengan tingkat signifikan secara statistik p < 0,05. Analisis deskriptif menggunakan software SPSS (versi 21.0). Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa uji signifikansi dengan sig.0.13 <0.05 pada variabel durasi, yang berarti bahwa durasi latihan secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja atlet. Sebagai perbandingan, variabel siklus menstruasi memiliki nilai sig.0,91 > 0,05, yang berarti siklus menstruasi tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi performa atlet futsal wanita. Namun, hasil yang signifikan menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh siklus menstruasi terhadap performa atlet futsal putri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pelatih futsal wanita memperhatikan durasi latihan selama periode menstruasi bagi setiap atlet untuk mencapai performa optimal.
