Abstrak

Perspektif waktu sebagai salah satu penentu perilaku yang penting dalam kehidupan seseorang. Demikian juga perspektif waktu karir atau career time perspective. Pentingnya memahami bagaimana seseorang memandang atau bagaimana perspectivenya terhadap waktu akan mempengaruhi bagaimana kematangan karirnya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Career Time Perspective (CTP) mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 8 orang mahasiswa. Treatment yang digunakan adalah kegiatan my collage. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa career time perspective setiap masiswa disetiap zona waktu saling mempengaruhi. Zona masa lalu, masa sekarang dan masa depan memiliki kaitan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan program pengembangan karir mahasiswa.
